The 7th Bolu International Poster Design Competition, organized by the Department of Graphic Arts of the Faculty of Fine Arts, aims to unite designers globally. This year's theme, "Beyond Horizons: Designing a Sustainable Future," encourages participants to explore new perspectives on sustainability and global responsibility through visual communication. The competition seeks to stimulate dialogue and raise awareness about creating a more responsible and sustainable world, aligning with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Participants are invited to develop creative visual interpretations that address sustainability, innovation, and global responsibility, interpreting the theme through their unique visual language and conceptual perspectives. The concept of "Beyond Horizons" emphasizes moving beyond existing limits in thought, technology, and society to imagine alternative futures shaped by creativity, responsibility, and collaboration. Submissions can range from critical and thought-provoking works to symbolic or experimental visual narratives that inspire reflection on the future. The competition intends to serve as an international platform for design to foster dialogue, increase awareness, and contribute to a shared vision for a sustainable future. It is organized on behalf of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orhun Türker and Dr. Abdurrahman Özdemir.
Participants must design posters that visually interpret the theme "Beyond Horizons: Designing a Sustainable Future." These designs should explore new perspectives on sustainability, global responsibility, innovation, and alternative futures.
