Engage 6.0 is an on-campus 'vibe coding' hackathon hosted by The Northcap University (NCU) in collaboration with InfraOne School of AI. This event challenges student teams to build functional projects using various AI tools within a strict 4-hour timeframe. The problem statement or topic is revealed on the day of the event, ensuring no prior preparation. The hackathon emphasizes practical application of AI technologies, allowing teams to utilize any AI tools such as LLMs, agents, or vision-based systems. The event culminates in a live presentation by the Top 10 shortlisted teams in the NCU auditorium, where they are judged by a panel comprising InfraOne judges and NCU faculty members. The prize pool totals Rs 1,55,000, including cash awards and valuable InfraOne GenAI Bootcamp enrollments. Additionally, every member of the Top 3 teams will receive an internship interview opportunity with InfraOne School of AI, and all participants will receive a 50% bootcamp voucher. The event requires a registration fee per participant. Teams, consisting of 2 to 4 members, must register online, with the team leader responsible for paying the collective fee. Participants are required to bring their own laptops and chargers, while the university provides seating, power, and internet access. Refreshments will be provided by InfraOne.
On October 28, 2026, InfraOne School of AI will provide each team with a specific topic or idea brief. Teams are required to build a working project that addresses this brief within a 4-hour time limit, utilizing any chosen AI tools (subject to event rules and tool usage terms).
Participants must be above the legal age of majority in their country of residence. All countries/territories are eligible, excluding standard exceptions.
