Overview

Evorozen Apex: NextGen AI Buildathon is an intensive 60-day program designed to transform raw ideas into live, scalable AI startups. Unlike traditional hackathons, this event emphasizes building production-ready software architectures, acquiring real users, and scaling next-generation backends. Participants are challenged to conceptualize, build, market, and scale their projects within a 60-day timeframe, starting on July 17, 2026. The core of the buildathon is the Evorozen Neural Pulse API, an Intelligent Virtual Database Engine. This API eliminates the need for complex backend schemas and traditional databases, allowing developers to focus entirely on frontend development and user acquisition. The Neural Pulse API intelligently structures, stores, retrieves, and processes application data on the fly, providing instant memory and cognitive data processing capabilities. Projects must fall into one of six elite categories: Cognitive Healthcare & Bio-Tech, Autonomous B2B SaaS, Next-Gen Consumer SaaS & Micro-Tools, Climate & Resource Optimization, Hyper-Personalized EdTech, or Agentic OS & Workflow Automation. Submissions must utilize the Evorozen Neural Pulse API as their primary intelligence layer, be new projects started on or after July 17, 2026, and demonstrate verifiable proof of active user traction. To qualify for judging, participants must deploy their products live and provide evidence of active users. They are also required to document their building process through at least three public social media posts. The buildathon offers non-cash prizes, including unlimited Evorozen Neural Pulse API access and an Evorozen Ecosystem Scaling Partnership, for top projects.

What to build

Participants must build production-ready AI applications that utilize the Evorozen Neural Pulse API as their primary intelligence layer. Projects should address problems within one of six categories: Cognitive Healthcare & Bio-Tech, Autonomous B2B SaaS, Next-Gen Consumer SaaS & Micro-Tools, Climate & Resource Optimization, Hyper-Personalized EdTech, or Agentic OS & Workflow Automation. The applications must be deployed live and demonstrate verifiable proof of active user traction.

Eligibility

Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Only students are eligible; companies and professional organizations are excluded from participation. All countries and territories are eligible, excluding standard exceptions.

Submission requirements

• The project MUST utilize the Evorozen Neural Pulse API as its primary intelligence layer.
• Only new projects will be accepted; GitHub repository must show an initialization date of July 17, 2026, or later.
• Product must be deployed live, with verifiable proof of Active Users interacting with the platform.
• Minimum of 3 public posts shared across at least 2 different social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.): Post 1 (project announcement), Post 2 (development process and API integration), Post 3 (final launch and user acquisition).
• Application must feature a modern, intuitive, and clean user interface (UI/UX).
• A highly detailed GitHub README explaining architecture, API utilization, and how to run the project.
• A high-quality video demo (Max 3 minutes) demonstrating the live working product, API integration, and user analytics.

Judging criteria

• Core Engine (API) Utilization: Depth and creativity of Evorozen Neural Pulse API integration.
• Active User Acquisition: Number and engagement of verified active users acquired.
• Business Viability & Impact: Problem-solving ability and sustainability of the business model.
• UI/UX & Design Aesthetic: Cleanliness, modernity, and user-friendliness of the frontend design.
• Technical Scalability: Quality of codebase, backend architecture, and readiness for mass scaling.
• Marketing & Proof of Work: Quality, reach, and engagement of the 3 required public posts.
• Pitch & Video Demonstration: Effectiveness of product demonstration in the final 3-minute video.
