Goldsmiths, University of London is offering two tuition fee waivers, each valued at £5,000, for students pursuing the MA Artists’ Film & Moving Image program. These waivers are intended to support students in taking up their place on the program by alleviating a portion of the tuition costs. To be considered for this fee waiver, applicants must first secure an offer of admission to the MA Artists’ Film & Moving Image program. Once an offer has been extended, eligible candidates will receive instructions on how to apply for the waiver. The selection process for the fee waivers is based on two primary criteria: artistic promise and demonstrated financial need. A panel of academic staff will review applications, considering the strength of the original program application and interview, alongside the financial need detailed in the fee waiver statement. Applicants will be required to submit a short statement, not exceeding 300 words, explaining how the scholarship would assist them in enrolling in the program. The information on how to apply for the fee waiver will be provided to eligible offer holders in early June.
Applicants must hold an offer of a place on the MA Artists’ Film & Moving Image programme to be eligible for this fee waiver.
