The Graphiques Innovation Challenge, presented by Hack Club, is a multidisciplinary innovation experience that emphasizes ideation and problem-solving beyond traditional coding. It is designed for individuals who believe that impactful ideas can stem from various fields such as design, business models, process improvement, sustainability, financial strategies, or unique perspectives on existing problems. The challenge encourages participants to explore and develop solutions without the need for programming. Participants are invited to address meaningful challenges by proposing business concepts, product designs, architectural proposals, financial models, logistics strategies, sustainability initiatives, marketing concepts, research-backed solutions, or service innovations. The challenge offers 10 diverse innovation themes, including Business & Entrepreneurship, Finance & FinTech, Eco-Friendly & Sustainability, Logistics & Supply Chain, Architecture & Urban Innovation, Product & Industrial Design, Marketing & Brand Innovation, Healthcare & Wellbeing, Education & Learning, and Social Impact & Community Innovation. Individuals can participate alone or in teams. The evaluation focuses on the quality of thinking, originality of the concept, relevance of the problem addressed, feasibility of the solution, and its potential impact. The objective is to identify problems and propose solutions that make things simpler, smarter, cheaper, faster, safer, or more sustainable, welcoming participants from various backgrounds such as students, designers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and engineers. Submissions do not require source code or software applications. Instead, participants must tell a complete story of their identified problem and developed solution, demonstrating quality, originality, practicality, and potential through various supporting materials like concept presentations, business models, product designs, or prototypes.
Participants should develop an innovative concept that addresses a meaningful challenge. Solutions can be business concepts, product designs, architectural proposals, financial models, logistics strategies, sustainability initiatives, marketing concepts, research-backed solutions, or service innovations. The project should align with one of 10 innovation themes: Business & Entrepreneurship, Finance & FinTech, Eco-Friendly & Sustainability, Logistics & Supply Chain, Architecture & Urban Innovation, Product & Industrial Design, Marketing & Brand Innovation, Healthcare & Wellbeing, Education & Learning, or Social Impact & Community Innovation. No coding is required; submissions should focus on the idea's quality, originality, practicality, and potential.
Participants must be above the legal age of majority in their country of residence. This challenge is exclusively for students. Companies and professional organizations are excluded from participation. All countries/territories are eligible, excluding standard exceptions.
