The Hackathon Agéntico SoftwareChido 2026B, organized by ITESO, is an online hackathon designed for students to develop agentic solutions. The competition spans seven weeks, from October 7th to November 24th, 2026. Participants are challenged to create solutions that address one of the 16 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants must be ITESO students, above the legal age of majority in their country of residence, and form teams of 3 members. Companies and professional organizations are excluded from participation. The hackathon emphasizes practical application and design, requiring multiple deliverables including technical documentation and a working application. Teams are required to submit a comprehensive set of deliverables. These include a Vision and Scope Document, UML Design Diagrams (Use Case, Component, Class, and Sequence), a functional application with its code published on a GitHub repository, and a video demonstration showcasing all use cases of the agentic application. Judging will be based on several criteria, ensuring a holistic evaluation of each project. These criteria include the solution's alignment with the chosen SDG, its innovation and creativity, technical and economic viability, potential impact on society and the environment, and the clarity and persuasiveness of the presentation.
