Innohacks 4.0 is the flagship national-level 24-hour hackathon, marking its fourth edition. It is organized by Innogeeks, the technical club of KIET Deemed to be University, located in Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad. The event aims to gather developers, designers, innovators, and problem-solvers from across India to transform ideas into impactful technological solutions. The hackathon is structured into two main rounds. The first round is an Idea PPT Submission, which takes place from September 2 to September 26, 2026. During this phase, teams must submit a presentation outlining their problem statement, proposed solution, technology stack, and implementation approach. Registration on Devfolio alone does not guarantee consideration; teams must submit their Idea PPT and GitHub team details by September 25, 2026. Following the submission round, the top 50-75 teams will be shortlisted to participate in the final 24-hour offline hackathon. This phase will be held at KIET Deemed to be University on October 10 and 11, 2026. Participants will turn their ideas into working prototypes, collaborate with their teams, and present their solutions to judges. Innohacks 4.0 covers six themes, catering to various technical interests such as blockchain, AI, fintech, AR/VR, and AIoT. The event emphasizes learning, collaboration, and showcasing innovation, providing a platform for both new and experienced builders. Participants are required to join the Innohacks Discord Server.
What to build
Participants are expected to transform ideas into impactful technological solutions based on 6 themes, which include areas like blockchain, AI, fintech, AR/VR, and AIoT. The final output for shortlisted teams will be working prototypes developed during the 24-hour offline hackathon.
