Kent Hack Enough 2027 is the latest iteration of Ohio's longest-running student-run hackathon. This event provides a platform for participants to develop innovative projects in an open-ended and beginner-friendly environment. The hackathon encourages creativity and learning, with judging criteria that emphasize originality, technical proficiency, and the acquisition of new skills. Participants are free to build any project they desire, allowing for a wide range of ideas and solutions to be explored. The event aims to foster a collaborative and educational atmosphere, supporting participants in expanding their knowledge and applying it to real-world problem-solving. It is an opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves, work in teams, and bring their innovative concepts to life.

Build any project that you would like! Judges will evaluate based on Creativity, Most Learned, Technicality, and track-specific criteria.

Eligibility
Participants must be above the legal age of majority in their country of residence. All countries/territories are eligible, excluding standard exceptions.
How to enter
- Visit https://khe.io/ to register. A sign-up on Devpost does NOT mean you are registered.
Submission requirements
- Devpost completely filled out including a description.
- 2-3 minute video explaining your project.
Judging criteria
- Creativity: Evaluate the originality and innovation of the project. Does the project present a novel solution or a unique approach to a problem?
- Most Learned: Assess how much the participants have learned throughout the project. Consider the complexity of the skills and knowledge acquired, as well as the growth demonstrated by the team members.
- Technicality: Evaluate the technical complexity and proficiency demonstrated in the project. Consider the level of difficulty, the quality of the implementation, and the use of advanced technologies or techniques.
- Track Specific Requirements: Judges will grade submissions based on how well they align with requirements of a track in addition to the criteria listed above.
