Welcome to NexHack 2.0, a 36-hour National-Level Hackathon scheduled for 25th–26th September 2026, bringing together some of the brightest student innovators from across the country. The event will take place at the Institute of Information Technology & Management (IITM) in New Delhi, India. NexHack 2.0 provides an exciting platform for participants to showcase their creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities by developing innovative, AI-driven solutions to real-world challenges. The hackathon is designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence while empowering participants to transform bold ideas into impactful solutions. Whether you're an experienced hacker or participating in your first hackathon, NexHack 2.0 offers an opportunity to learn, build, network with like-minded innovators, receive mentorship, and compete for exciting rewards. It aims to inspire innovation, learning, and creation.
What to build
Participants must develop innovative, AI-driven solutions to real-world challenges. The solutions should showcase creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Overall
Prize pool includes swags, goodies, and participation certificates for all eligible participants. Food, refreshments, and free accommodation will be provided for all shortlisted offline participants. Winners will receive recognition across NexVerse platforms and the growing tech community.

Eligibility
Students from all colleges and universities are welcome to participate. Teams must consist of 2–5 members. Cross-disciplinary teams are encouraged. Beginners are highly encouraged to participate.
How to enter
- Register your team through Devfolio before the registration deadline.
- Present your project idea during an online evaluation session on 5th September 2026 before the mentor panel.
- If shortlisted, participate in the 36-hour National-Level Hackathon on 25th–26th September 2026.
- Demonstrate your working solution before the judging panel during the final evaluation.
Submission requirements
- During the online idea presentation, teams should showcase: Problem Statement, Proposed Solution, Technology Stack, Key Features, Expected Impact, Prototype Demonstration (recommended), and Future Scope and Vision.
- Teams should be prepared for a short Q&A session after their online presentation.
- All work submitted and presented must be original and developed by the participating team.
- Teams must adhere to the Hackathon Code of Conduct.
