Applicants must be international students from one of the following countries: Angola, Algeria, Burundi, Benin, Burkina Faso, Botswana, Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Congo, Republic of, Comoros, Cape Verde, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, India (selected provinces and regions), Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Lesotho, Morocco, Madagascar, Mali, Mozambique, Mauritania, Malawi, Mayotte, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sudan, South Sudan, Senegal, St Helena, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sao Tome and Principe, Swaziland, Togo, Tunisia, Tanzania, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia, Zimbabwe. The application fee is required for all applications for programs commencing from 2026 onwards.
