This program, lasting approximately 12 weeks, takes place on the Chicago Hyde Park campus, offering participants an immersive academic and professional environment. Journalists have the opportunity to audit classes, engage in Stigler Center events, collaborate with their peers, and establish connections with university scholars. The Stigler Center's core mission is to enhance public discourse concerning the intersection of politics and the economy. The program recognizes the critical role media plays in this endeavor, particularly in gathering and disseminating information about market behaviors and identifying potential malpractices.
