WISE WeInvest

Overview

The Women’s Interdisciplinary Society of Entrepreneurship (WISE) is a student-led organization at Northeastern University dedicated to fostering an innovative mindset among women and underrepresented genders. WISE achieves this through interactive workshops, a thought-incubator, mentorship pairings, and a venture catalyst, promoting an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. WeInvest is one of WISE's core programs, designed as a venture capital seminar. It aims to broaden participants' understanding of careers in venture capital. Participants will learn the fundamental aspects of the venture capital industry, including how to source companies, conduct thorough due diligence, and make sound investment decisions. This seminar provides practical insights into the VC landscape.

Eligibility

All are encouraged to join WISE regardless of gender identity, major, year, or experience level. The WeInvest seminar is for those looking to expand their understanding of investing careers in venture capital.
