The WomenLift Health Nigeria Leadership Journey 2027 is a fully-funded, 12-month program designed for talented women leaders in the health sector. Delivered in partnership with WILAN Global, this initiative provides a supportive environment for participants to explore their authentic leadership, enhance their voice, presence, and influence, and build a diverse and inclusive network. Participants will engage in a blended learning experience, which includes two in-person experiential learning residencies, virtual learning touchpoints, virtual group mentoring, and one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. A key component of the program is a self-directed Health Leadership Project, where participants apply contextualized tools and frameworks to address challenges faced by women leaders in global health. The program aims to equip women leaders with strategies to navigate individual, institutional, and health sector challenges. All program costs, including travel and lodging for the in-person residencies, are covered, making it accessible to eligible women across Nigeria. The 2027 Nigeria Leadership Journey is scheduled to take place from August 10, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with specific dates for mandatory in-person residencies in 2027 and 2028. Applicants must ensure their availability for all scheduled sessions.
