GCSEsMathematics and English Language with a minimum grade of 4 (C).
Applicants will also need occupational health clearance and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance. Academic and character references are required. Two written RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assignments and demonstration of 500 hours of clinical practice are also necessary. Successful candidates will attend an online interview to assess alignment with the NHS Constitution values. Applicants must complete the RPL Theory Challenge within 6 weeks of an offer and the 500 hours of clinical practice and RPL practice claim by July. Clinical experience from health and social care employment roles is accepted.
