The Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management requires completion of all 6 core units and 4 elective units. The program covers a range of essential HR topics, from strategic planning to financial management. Elective units allow for specialization based on industry needs and student interests.
Upon successful completion of this course, graduates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge for various leadership roles in Human Resources.
Completion of a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (LLND) is also required. Applicants will be ranked by the date of application if the course is oversubscribed.
