This program also emphasizes the development of crucial soft skills for professional success. A one-week practicum placement allows you to apply your newly acquired skills in a real-world office setting. The program is offered in two formats: an in-person cohort with a full-time class schedule during business hours, and an online cohort designed for a more flexible, slower pace to accommodate other responsibilities.
The program requires completion of 28 credits, totaling 450 hours of study. It includes core courses in accounting, keyboarding, human relations, computer applications, business math, spreadsheets, word processing, administrative procedures, business English, and a practicum placement.

Applicants should have basic computer familiarity and a minimum typing speed of 15 wpm to help achieve the program's 45 wpm completion requirement. For applicants graduating from a Philippine post-secondary institution, completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree including at least one baccalaureate-level English course with a minimum grade of ‘C’ is also accepted.
