This Bachelor of Science program in Applied Computer Science focuses on optimizing business processes through IT. You will learn to design, implement, and operate IT solutions, analyzing operational requirements and adapting or creating new software applications. The program offers two specializations: Business Informatics, focusing on corporate IT systems and business process analysis, and Agricultural Informatics, concentrating on agricultural data processing, AI, and robotics. Currently, courses are held at the Höxter campus, but there is a plan to relocate teaching to Lemgo in the medium term. The university will provide advance notice for any such changes.
