3. Required DocumentsCertified true copies of examination results (SPM, 'O'-Levels, STPM, A-Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU, etc.), transcripts and diploma certificate (if applicable), passport-sized photos, IC copy, and other supporting documents (e.g., English proficiency test results).
4. Pay Registration FeeA registration fee of RM 400 (for this program) is required. Payment can be made via crossed cheque, bank draft, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd.
5. Telegraphic Transfer (TT) PaymentIf paying by TT, fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre. Bank details for TT are provided for CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad (Kuala Lumpur Campus).
6. Accommodation ApplicationIf accommodation is required, complete the relevant Accommodation Application Form and submit it with your registration form.
