- Certified true copy of examination results (SPM, 'O'-Levels, STPM, A-Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU, or equivalent).
- For diploma holders: certified transcript, diploma certificate, and course syllabus.
- Photocopy of your Identification Card (IC), both sides.
- Three (3) passport-size colour photographs.
- Other supporting documents (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, MUET scores).
- For Postgraduate Applications (if applicable): Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume and a 2-3 page essay detailing your goals and how the program will meet them.
3. Pay Registration FeeMake a payment via crossed cheque, bank draft, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd. The registration fee for this program is RM 400. TT payments require you to fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre.
4. Accommodation Application (Optional)If you require accommodation, complete the relevant Accommodation Application Form (On Campus or Off Campus) and submit it with your registration form.
5. Receive NotificationUCSI University will notify you upon receipt of your documents and/or payment. A Letter of Acceptance will be issued within two weeks for complete applications. You will be informed if any further materials are needed.
