All applicants must pass Art Education/ Engineering Drawing/ related subjects at SPM/O-level / equivalent OR Pass Portfolio Review in replacement of art subjects if applicable. The Faculty may request an interview if deemed necessary for both local and foreign applications.

International applicants need to achieve a minimum score of 5.0 for IELTS Academic, 154 for Cambridge Linguaskill or Cambridge English Qualifications, 44+ for TOEFL iBT, 47 for Pearson Test of English, Band 3.5 for MUET, or 107 for Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) by ELS.
Entry requirements vary by qualification, but generally include a minimum of 2 subjects (including Maths) at Grade 'D' for A-Levels, a minimum CGPA of 2.0 including Maths for Foundation/Matriculation, or a minimum of 5 Credits ('B' grade) including Maths for UEC.

Graduates are prepared for roles such as Assistant Architect, Design Consultant, Interior Designer, Visualiser, and Project Manager, with the option to continue to a professional Bachelor of Architecture program.
