This 4-year integrated Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering allows you to apply engineering principles to understand and improve biological systems. You will explore areas such as prosthetic devices, biomaterials for implants, tissue engineering, genetic engineering, and the design of medical technology. The course is taught by experienced academics and clinical scientists, with input from industry partners, and features hands-on experience in modern engineering labs. The first three years of the MEng program share curriculum with the BEng, with the final year offering advanced, focused study to earn a Master's degree. An optional 5-year version includes a full year of industrial placement.

For Clearing, there may be flexibility with published entry requirements. Applications for advanced entry (second or third year) are considered case-by-case and require official transcripts, module descriptors, and qualifications.
