Business Information Systems, B.S.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems program is designed to equip students with a blend of business acumen and technical expertise, bridging the gap between business strategy and information technology. This program prepares graduates for roles within the information technology industry by teaching them how to align business-strategic plans with technology and information system principles. It differs from a purely computer science or traditional business degree by offering a comprehensive curriculum that covers both domains. Please note that this program is currently discontinued and not accepting new admissions.

Curriculum

The program requires a total of 75 credit hours, comprising Common Core Requirements (33 credits), Specialization Requirements (30 credits), and Recommended Electives (12 credits). General Education courses are also required.
