Business Spanish Minor

The Business Spanish minor is an interdisciplinary program designed for students who want to combine their business or economics studies with Spanish language and Hispanic culture. This minor provides a foundational understanding of business and economics, coupled with the ability to communicate in Spanish within a professional setting. Students are required to complete an internship as part of the program. Approved study abroad courses in Spanish may also count towards the minor. This program requires nine courses (27 credits) beyond Intermediate Spanish II (SPAN 202A). Students pursuing this minor should be aware that they can take no more than 29 credits in Business courses without also declaring a Business Major.
