At this level, you will take responsibility for your own performance and provide leadership, guidance, and support to others. You may also be involved in organising and monitoring team output. The course equips you to apply solutions to a range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and to analyse and evaluate information from diverse sources.
The course includes a set of core units and a range of elective units to provide a comprehensive understanding of leadership and management principles.
