You will gain expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, transportation, hydraulics, construction management, water resources, and professional practice. This program allows for specialisation to deepen your knowledge in civil and construction engineering or broaden your expertise. You will integrate design, construction, and management skills in major civil engineering projects during your final year, and undertake a significant research project. A key component is completing at least 450 hours of professional engineering practice through relevant work experience or other approved activities.
Graduates are prepared for a variety of roles within the growing built environment sector, where coordination of multidisciplinary teams is essential due to the increasing complexity of projects and regulatory requirements.
