The Digital Strategy and Transformation module equips you with the strategic insight and skills needed to lead digital change within your organization. In an era of rapid technological advancement, understanding the impact of digital technologies like AI, blockchain, and digital platforms is crucial for both capitalizing on opportunities and mitigating threats. This module provides the tools to develop effective responses to these dynamic shifts, enabling your organization to remain adaptable and competitive.
This module is structured into three blocks designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of digital strategy and transformation. Through a combination of experienced facilitators and hands-on class work, you will explore concepts, theories, and models directly applicable to your professional context. The learning experience includes collaborative case studies drawn from participants' daily work.
This module empowers you to take on leadership roles in digital strategy and transformation processes. You will gain the knowledge and skills to analyze digital business models, develop company visions, and respond effectively to disruptive market changes.
Upon successful completion of the module, a certificate is awarded. If you wish to pursue the full MBA, this module can be credited towards it. Further requirements for the full MBA include a minimum of six core modules, two specialization modules, an international study trip, and an MBA thesis.
The investment of € 6,950 is VAT exempt and covers access to all Nyenrode physical and virtual student facilities, as well as food and drinks on course days. All amounts and terms are indicative and subject to periodic changes.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or demonstrable equivalent ability. A minimum of five years of strategic experience as a manager, executive, entrepreneur, or in an influential position, along with a good command of English, is also required.
