The Diplôme d’État d’Ingénierie Sociale (DEIS) is designed to train expert managers and project developers in social and medico-social fields. Graduates will be equipped to undertake roles involving expertise, consulting, project development and management, and evaluation within social policies and interventions. The program focuses on developing skills as "cadres développeurs" (development managers) and "cadres managers" (management managers), with a strong emphasis on human resource mobilization. This qualification prepares professionals for positions within local authorities, public bodies, consulting firms, training institutions, or associations in the social, medico-social, or health sectors.
Curriculum
The DEIS program is delivered through theoretical and practical teaching, combining academic instruction with real-world professional experience. A personalized training plan is developed for each participant. The program comprises three main areas of competence (Domaines de Compétences - DF).

Diplôme de niveau 6 du cadre européen des certifications (CEC) relevant du code de l’action sociale et des famillese.g., DEMF, CAFDES, CAFERUIS
Diplôme correspondant à au moins cinq ans d’études supérieures ou diplôme homologué/enregistré au RNCP au niveau 1
Diplôme de niveau 5 (anc III) relevant du code de l’action sociale et des famillese.g., DEASS, DEES, DEEJE, DEETS, DCESF, DEFA, plus 3 years of professional experience in social intervention.
Diplôme de niveau 5 (anc III) relevant du code de la santéPlus 5 years of professional experience in social intervention.
Diplôme correspondant à au moins 3 ans d’études supérieures ou diplôme homologué/enregistré au RNCP au niveau IIPlus 3 years of professional experience in social intervention.
Membership in specific civil service corpse.g., directeurs ou éducateurs de la protection judiciaire de la jeunesse (PJJ), directeurs, chefs de service ou conseillers d’insertion et de probation de l’administration pénitentiaire, plus 3 years of professional experience in social intervention.
All candidates must successfully complete the admission procedure, which includes submitting an application and attending an interview.

1. Submit Application DossierFor ESEIS: Apply via the YPAREO platform. For Praxis: Submit your application to Lorena MATHIEU at the Ecole Supérieure de Praxis Sociale in Mulhouse.
2. Prepare Selection DocumentsIf your application is approved, you will be eligible for the selection process. Prepare a 3-6 page personal professional background statement and a detailed curriculum vitae.
3. Attend InterviewCandidates must participate in an admission interview as part of the selection process.
