The Diplôme d’État d’Ingénierie Sociale (DEIS) is designed to train expert managers and project developers in social and medico-social fields. Graduates will be equipped to undertake roles involving expertise, consulting, project development and management, and evaluation within social policies and interventions. The program focuses on developing skills as "cadres développeurs" (development managers) and "cadres managers" (management managers), with a strong emphasis on human resource mobilization. This qualification prepares professionals for positions within local authorities, public bodies, consulting firms, training institutions, or associations in the social, medico-social, or health sectors.
The DEIS program is delivered through theoretical and practical teaching, combining academic instruction with real-world professional experience. A personalized training plan is developed for each participant. The program comprises three main areas of competence (Domaines de Compétences - DF).
Graduates are prepared to take on expert and managerial roles in the social and medico-social sectors. They are skilled in project development, management, and evaluation, making them valuable assets to various public and private organizations.
All candidates must successfully complete the admission procedure, which includes submitting an application and attending an interview.

Diplôme d’État d'Ingénierie Sociale (DEIS) is a state-recognized diploma registered with the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles).
