Entry requirements
Secondary School GraduationCompletion of B.C. secondary school graduation or equivalent, or be on track to complete by at least one month before the semester starts. For regular applicants, English 12 with a minimum of 60% or approved alternatives is required.
English 1260% minimum
Mature applicants (19+ years old with at least one year out of secondary school) are exempt from secondary graduation requirements but must meet English entrance criteria. Students with less than 60% in English 12 (or equivalent) may be admitted but must successfully complete the English entrance requirements within their first year of study, excluding first-year English courses initially. A minimum of 50% of the program credits must be completed at Okanagan College, including at least 18 credits at the 200-level or higher. A maximum of 30 credits can be from a single discipline. A minimum GPA of 60% is required for graduation.
