2. Submit Application DocumentsPost the completed online registration form along with the required documents to the Student Enrolment Centre. Required documents include certified true copies of examination results (e.g., SPM/O-Levels, IGCSE), a certified transcript and diploma certificate (if applicable) for exemption purposes, a copy of your Identification Card, three passport-sized color photographs, and any other supporting documents like English proficiency test results (IELTS, TOEFL, MUET).
3. Pay Registration FeeA registration fee of RM 450 (for programs other than Medicine, Pharmacy, or Music) must be paid. Payment can be made via crossed cheque, bank draft, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd.
4. Confirm Payment (if via TT)If payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre for processing. Bank details for TT are available on the university's admissions page.
5. Await ResponseUCSI University will notify you upon receipt of your documents and payment. A Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent within two weeks of processing for complete applications. You will be informed if any further materials are needed.
