The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law at Taylor's University is a research-intensive program designed for aspiring legal scholars who wish to contribute new knowledge to the field. Curriculum

Candidates without a related qualification or work experience may need to complete prerequisite courses. Additionally, a minimum of 5 publications or equivalent works aligned with the specialization theme are required, published within the last 10 years. The candidate must be the principal author, and an executive summary of the publications demonstrating contribution to knowledge must be submitted.
