This is a one-year top-up Bachelor of Arts degree designed for students who have already completed a Foundation Degree in Early Years or an equivalent Level 5 qualification. It provides an opportunity to gain an honours degree, building on your existing knowledge and experience in the early years sector. The course aims to prepare you for a variety of careers working with young children.

All applicants will be screened for fitness to practice and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be made. The course is not available to international students requiring a Tier 4 visa at Abingdon and Witney College, Solihull College, and New College Swindon.
Fees
Tuition (international)£9,900 per year for 2026/27. Fees for subsequent years may increase.
Tuition (home)£7,700 per year for 2026/27. Fees for subsequent years may increase in line with government allowances.
Living—
Additional costs include travel to placements (self-funded), a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check (approx. £50), and a potential fee of £15 to keep the DBS up-to-date.
