Entry requirements
Bachelor's DegreeFrom an accredited college or university, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is also required for the final 60 hours of undergraduate study.
This program is NOT open to international applicants. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents. Requires at least five years of work experience with increasing responsibilities in health services or related fields. GRE/GMAT is not required.

1. Complete ApplicationSubmit a complete application and pay associated fees via either the SOPHAS or HAMPCAS application service.
2. Letters of RecommendationArrange for two professional or academic letters of recommendation to be submitted electronically by the recommenders directly to SOPHAS or HAMPCAS.
3. Statement of PurposeWrite a statement of purpose detailing your reasons for pursuing the EMHA, your interest in Texas A&M, your career goals, and personal qualities that support your success.
4. Submit Resume/CVProvide a current curriculum vitae or resume.
5. Official TranscriptsHave official transcripts sent directly from each U.S. and English-speaking Canadian college/university attended to SOPHAS or HAMPCAS. For institutions outside the U.S. and Canada, a WES ICAP Course-by-Course evaluation is required.
6. Employment VerificationSubmit an official employment verification letter from your Human Resources office confirming at least five years of relevant management experience, including dates of employment and titles. This can be uploaded to the application or emailed to SPH-Gradinfo@tamu.edu.
