The Fast Track Bachelor in Hospitality Management is an accelerated program designed for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the hospitality industry and related sectors. This intensive program allows you to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management in 2.5 years, building upon your existing experience and management skills. It includes a mandatory four-week preparation course held during the summer, after which successful candidates enter the second year of the regular bachelor's program. Upon graduation, you will receive an internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management (BA.HM).
Curriculum
The Fast Track program is an accelerated version of the standard Bachelor in Hospitality Management. After successfully completing the preparation course, you will join the second year of the regular program and proceed through years two, three, and four.

Entry requirements
Previous EducationSecondary school diploma qualifying for university in your country, plus a diploma from a hospitality program (minimum two years full-time study). Applicants for the Fast Track program must also have completed a minimum of 16 weeks of practical/internship training in a 4 or 5-star hotel as part of their latest education. The previous education and practical placements need to be approved by the Hotelschool Exam Committee.
Dutch ApplicantsMBO4 Horeca Ondernemer/Manager or similar, with a final grade of 7 or higher in English, Entrepreneurial Skills, Leadership Skills, or Numerical Ability. Proof of a second modern language is also required.
Official English Language ExamRequired for non-native speakers or those not educated in English for the last two years. An additional test (e.g., TOEFL, Cambridge, IELTS) is still required, even if an Oxford English test is taken during Selection Day.
All requirements are subject to approval by the Hotelschool Exam Committee. Successful completion of the 4-week preparation course is required for admission to the Fast Track program.

The tuition fees listed are annual. Non-EEA students also pay €3.471 for the 4-week preparation course and €254 for visa costs. EEA students pay €3.471 for the preparation course. Administration costs of €24 apply for payment in instalments. Additional costs for uniforms and a knife set may apply. Study books and materials are available through the school's supplier or free via the intranet.
How to apply
1. Check Admission RequirementsEnsure you meet the practical requirements (16 weeks internship in a 4/5-star hotel) and academic qualifications (secondary school diploma, hospitality diploma) for international applicants. Verify English language proficiency.
2. Submit Online ApplicationApply through the online application system. The application period is from 1 October 2026 to 1 April 2027.
3. Attend Selection DayIf you meet the initial requirements, you may be invited to a selection day, which can be attended in the Netherlands or abroad.
4. Complete Preparation CourseSuccessfully complete the mandatory 4-week preparation course held in July. Accommodation is provided on-campus during this period.
5. Commence Fast Track ProgramUpon successful completion of the preparation course, you will be admitted to the Fast Track program and begin the second year of the bachelor's program in August.
