Entry requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalentHold a Bachelor's Degree or a three-year University Diploma. Must have acquired at least 60 ECTS credits in foundational and/or characterizing courses within the ministerial table of the L-26 class (Food Science and Technology) or the previous degree class 20 (Agricultural, Agri-food and Forestry Sciences and Technologies). These credits should cover areas such as mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, biology, chemistry, and agricultural sciences. Admission is subject to a verification of personal preparation, which includes an interview assessing knowledge in general and food microbiology, food technologies, food production plants, agri-food business economics, and chemical analysis of foods. Candidates from L-26 or previous degree class 20 with a final degree mark of 90/110 or higher are considered to have passed this verification. For the 'Food Systems' track, specific interest and application via the EIT Food portal are required, along with an interview assessing entrepreneurial aptitude and systemic approach to food production.
