The tuition fee for the Foundation in Arts programme is MYR 28,600 per year for domestic students and USD 10,642 per year for international students. Please note that a 6% Service Tax will be imposed on non-Malaysian citizens effective July 1, 2025, applicable to most fees.
The Foundation in Arts programme has a duration of 1 year.
To be eligible, you need a pass with a minimum of 5 credits in SPM or O Levels, or a pass with minimum 3Bs in UEC. Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government may also be considered.
International students can meet the English language requirement with an IELTS overall band of 4.0, TOEFL iBT of 31, MUET Band 2, UEC C8, or a score of 4.0 in Taylor's English Proficiency Test (TEPT). Completion of high school in English is also accepted.
Applications are submitted online through the TOPAS portal. Application deadlines are January 25, 2026 (for February intake), April 12, 2026 (for April intake), and August 23, 2026 (for August intake).
