2. Submit Application DocumentsPost the completed Online Registration Form and required documents to the Student Enrolment Centre. Required documents include certified copies of academic results (SPM, O-Levels, UEC, etc.), Identification Card (IC) photocopy, three passport-sized photos, and any supporting documents like English test results. For postgraduate applications, a CV and personal statement are also needed. For this foundation program, ensure you meet the academic and English entry requirements.
3. Pay Registration FeeA registration fee is required. For Engineering programmes, this is RM 450. Payment can be made via crossed cheque, bank draft, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd. For TT payments, fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre.
4. Await ResponseUCSI University will notify you upon receipt of documents and/or payment. A Letter of Acceptance will be issued within two weeks of processing for complete applications. Applicants with incomplete documents will be informed of any further materials needed.
