
The Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance provides an introductory understanding of key areas within applied finance, including financial statement analysis, managerial finance, statistics, and corporate governance. This course is designed for professionals seeking to build a foundation in finance or to advance their careers. The University of Wollongong values prior learning and work experience; therefore, applicants without a traditional undergraduate degree but with relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial professional/managerial experience may still be considered. Successful completion can also serve as a pathway to further studies, such as the Master of Applied Finance, with potential credit for completed subjects.
