Applicants without a recognised bachelor degree but with this experience will be considered on a professional entry basis and must submit detailed documentation of their suitability, qualifications, industry history, and training records. Roles considered supervisory include air traffic controllers, first line managers, mid-level defence officers, professional pilots, and licensed aircraft maintenance engineers. Each application will be evaluated individually.
