Entry requirements
Australian Bachelor degree or equivalentin a cognate discipline including building surveying, construction management, building design, quantity surveying, architecture, civil/structural engineering.
Victoria University Graduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building and Fire Codesor equivalent.
AIBS Scheme for Level 2 (Limited) Building Surveyor qualificationsplus a minimum of five years of approved building surveying experience.
Meeting minimum admission criteria does not guarantee entry. Past academic performance may be considered. Credit for prior study or work experience may be available. If you do not meet the entry requirements, alternative pathway courses may be an option. Accreditation requirements exclude Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) based on work experience.
