Training RequirementsCompleted and fulfilled the training requirements of the GDip (Fam Med) programme offered by the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (CFPS).
The program is designed for specific groups of applicants including in-training or completed trainees of GDFM, FM residents, and MMed FM College Programme trainees. Candidates who exit their training program before completion will not be allowed to sit for the FM AKT. Applicants must submit authenticated translations if original documents are not in English. Original documents must be presented for verification. Concurrent enrollment in other NUS programs requires approval.
