Entry requirements
Four-year undergraduate degreeFrom a recognized post-secondary institution.
Professional experienceAt least three years of professional experience in a leadership or management position directly related to the program's learning outcomes (Standard Admission). Alternatively, a minimum of seven years of work experience, with at least two years in leadership/management, may qualify for Flexible Admission.
Leadership experience can include roles in managing diverse groups, leading towards shared goals, influencing and coordinating people, volunteer leadership, formal supervisory roles, or overcoming challenging life experiences that involved navigating complex systems for positive community change. Applications are assessed holistically, considering academic credentials, work experience, and personal experience. Experience in technology-mediated learning environments is considered an asset.
