Het Andere Gesprek is a 4-month program designed for healthcare and public sector managers. It focuses on practical philosophical reflection regarding current management themes. Through a series of four meetings, participants engage in dialogue about relevant topics in their professional fields. Each session begins with an introduction by an experienced thinker, followed by a 'slowing down' conversational approach to deeply explore the day's theme. Participants are encouraged to bring their own case studies, and each day concludes with a reflection period to connect personal insights with their management practice.
This program is designed for current managers to deepen their reflection and decision-making skills within their existing roles in healthcare or the public sector. It aims to enhance their capacity to address complex contemporary management challenges.
The program is delivered in Dutch.
This is a privately funded program.
The program runs for 4 months, consisting of four intensive meetings.
Applicants must be managers in healthcare or the public sector. Up to two aspiring leaders aiming for executive roles are also eligible.
