The STLR Individual Reflection Appointment (SIRA) program at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) offers students a unique opportunity to earn STLR credit for learning experiences that may not have been formally tagged. If you've had experiences that broadened your perspectives in line with UCO's STLR tenets, but they weren't officially designated as STLR-tagged, or if they were a combination of multiple experiences or from outside UCO, you can discuss them with a Transformative Learning evaluator. These free, 50-minute appointments are designed to be a supportive environment where you can articulate your growth and potentially receive STLR credit.

Fees
Tuition (international)This is a free service for UCO students. Fees for specific courses or programs at UCO vary, and international students may have additional fees such as the International Student Maintenance Fee and required Student Insurance.
Tuition (home)This is a free service for UCO students. Tuition for undergraduate courses is $260.18 per credit hour, plus a university fee of $41.27 per credit hour, totaling $301.45 per credit hour. Additional mandatory tuition may apply for certain courses.

How to apply
1. Log in to Microsoft BookingsAccess the booking system using your UCO student credentials.
2. Select Appointment DetailsChoose an available date and time. You may also select a preferred evaluator if desired.
3. Provide Contact InformationEnter your name and contact details.
4. Answer Additional QuestionsRespond to the questions provided in the booking form to give context for your reflection.
5. Confirm BookingClick the 'Book' button to finalize your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the online meeting location.
