
This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program equips you with advanced skills in creating, managing, and developing web and mobile content. You will gain expertise in usability, interactivity, front-end coding, social media strategies, user experience (UX) design, and emerging mobile technologies within an interdisciplinary and collaborative learning environment. The program focuses on building interactive multimedia environments from the ground up, using industry best practices for interface design and programming. You'll learn to combine graphics, text, animation, audio, and video to produce a range of digital media, including web and mobile applications, augmented reality experiences, immersive installations, and visual communication work. The curriculum emphasizes practical application through project-based learning, where students work in small groups using agile development methodologies to manage projects from needs analysis through to development and user testing.

Applicant selection is based on academic achievement. Applicants with education outside of Canada must have their transcripts assessed for equivalency by ICAS or WES for domestic applicants, or submit official transcripts with notarized translations for international applicants. Private career college courses are not acceptable.
