Entry qualification documents are accepted in English or Lithuanian. Official translations are required if documents are not in these languages. Applicants from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan must submit an OMPT-A certificate with a minimum passing grade of 55%. First language being English or a university degree obtained in English may exempt from language test scores.

Living—
The annual tuition fee for non-state-funded places must be paid within 15 calendar days from the offer of study. The application fee is 100 EUR per application and is non-refundable.
How to apply
1. Find Your ProgrammeResearch study programmes and select up to three that align with your interests and career goals. Each applicant can choose a maximum of three programmes per application.
2. Check Application DatesNote the application deadlines: May 1 for non-EU/EFTA countries and July 1 for EU/EFTA citizens and visa-exempt non-EU/EFTA applicants. The academic year begins on September 1, with one intake per year.
3. Check Eligibility and Prepare DocumentsMeet the general, programme-specific, and language proficiency requirements. For non-EU/EFTA applicants, ensure the gap since your last secondary or higher education qualification does not exceed five years. Prepare required documents, including certified translations if necessary. Country-specific requirements may also apply.
4. Pay Application Fee and SubmitSubmit your application via apply.vu.lt. The application fee is 100 EUR per application, payable via Flywire. Applications are processed only after the fee is paid and all documents are submitted before the deadline. The application fee is non-refundable.
5. Confirm Acceptance and Pay Tuition FeeYour application will be assessed within 30 days. Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent via the online system. You must confirm your acceptance within 7 working days. EU/EFTA and other eligible foreign students must pay the annual tuition fee within 15 days of the offer to study.
6. Arrange ArrivalAfter paying the tuition fee, you will receive a final acceptance letter. For non-EU citizens, the International Relations Office will provide information for obtaining a temporary residence permit and send a mediation letter. Arrange visa/residence permit, and if needed, apply for dormitory accommodation via the application platform after receiving your final acceptance.
