This three-day executive course focuses on improving organizational decision-making through insights derived from Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning. It teaches new ways of thinking to keep decision-making relevant in an era of big data and smart technology. The program introduces the globally recognized Decision-Driven Analytics framework, offering practical implications and insights for making data-informed decisions to focus on markets, achieve strategic progress, and influence consumers.
