If you do not meet the academic or English language requirements, you may consider joining Birmingham City University International College (BCUIC). For entry to Stage 2 or 3, specific postgraduate qualifications (Certificate/Diploma) in a relevant business subject are required, along with an extended application and, for Stage 3, a passed research methods module and an approved dissertation proposal.
Annual and modular tuition fees are for the first year of study. The University reserves the right to increase fees for subsequent years in line with inflation (capped at 5%) or government policy changes. Tuition fees cover everyday tuition, examination costs, and Students' Union membership, but not textbooks or other course materials.
Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
You need an Honours degree with a minimum of a 2:2 classification, or an equivalent overseas university graduate-level qualification. For entry to Stage 2 or 3, specific postgraduate qualifications in a relevant business subject are required.
You must have an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each band. If you do not meet these requirements, you may consider joining Birmingham City University International College (BCUIC).
The tuition fee for international students is £18,970 for a 1-year or 16-month program, and £20,865 for an 18-month program with a Professional Placement (2026/27 entry). Tuition fees cover everyday tuition and examination costs.
The program can be completed in 1 year (or 16 months). An option for an 18-month program with a Professional Placement is also available.
This course prepares you for roles such as International Marketing Strategist, Global Supply Chain Manager, International Business Consultant, and International Manager. The Major Project module allows you to tailor your studies to enhance employability.
