This Master's program in Business Law, with a specialisation in Banking and Financial Law, is designed to provide both advanced research training and high-level professional preparation. Entry requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Licence)A Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Law is recommended for entry into the first year of the Master's program (M1). For entry into the second year (M2), a completed Master 1 in Law or an equivalent qualification is required, preferably in Business Law.
Subject Matter KnowledgeIn addition to an excellent academic record, candidates are expected to have very solid knowledge and excellent results in core business law subjects (company law, general commercial law) and civil law (law of obligations, law of security interests, specific contract law).
