Entry requirements
Bachelor's degree (Licence)Students are recruited at the BAC+3 level. A strong academic record is expected, with solid knowledge in private law, including business law (commercial law and corporate law), civil law (contract law, specific contracts, and secured transactions), social law, and tax law. Knowledge of accounting is also required.
Master 1 (M1) or equivalentFor entry into the Master 2 year, a completed M1 in Law or an equivalent diploma is recommended, with a strong academic record and particular expertise in business law (corporate law, insolvency law), civil law (contract law, specific contracts, and secured transactions), social law, tax law, labour law, and accounting.
Admission requires a strong academic profile and specific prerequisites in various areas of law and accounting. For Master 1, a Licence in Law is typically required. For Master 2, a Master 1 in Law or equivalent is preferred.
