Entry requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BAC+3)A Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification is recommended for entry into the Master 1 program. Strong academic performance during the three years of undergraduate study is essential, with a solid foundation in public law (especially EU law) and private law (civil law, tax law, intellectual property, business law).
Master 1 Degree (BAC+4/5)Successful completion of a Master 1 program focused on digital law and innovation, or a Diploma as a Doctor of Pharmacy (5th year completed), a generalist Engineer diploma (5th year completed), a Diploma as a Doctor of Medicine (5th year completed), or other health professional diplomas (BAC+4/5) are recommended for entry into the Master 2 program. Strong performance in Master 1 is required, with a good understanding of EU internal market law and private law. A good command of English and an understanding of issues related to health innovation and data market challenges are also necessary.
English ProficiencyGood command of English required.
Candidates should have a good understanding of economic issues related to digital technology, health innovation, and the data economy. Completion of MOOCs from CNIL (RGPD) and ANSSI (Cybersecurity) is recommended. The program is open to law graduates, healthcare professionals, and engineers specializing in health products and services.
